Shipping Policy

COVID-19 IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are still able to deliver to the UK and EU.  As you are probably already aware Royal Mail and other delivery services are experiencing delays at the moment due to reduced staff and more mail being sent, so your order may take longer than usual to get to you. Refund Policy

We ask that you check the refund policy form each vendor that you order from. Remember this is a Marketplace and your orders are processed and sent by different vendors so refunds will be processed according to that stores refund policy. If you change your mind about your purchase requesting a refund is made effortless, just log into your account and got to your orders and you can request a refund with by clicking Refund Request. This must be done within 7 working days of delivery.Orders processed by SisCare whether through SisCares store or being fulfilled by SisCare (sold by a vendor, shipped by SisCare) are bound to the following refund policies. We will then issue you with instructions on how to return your products. Please note that the original delivery charge will not be refunded and you will be liable for any postal costs incurred when returning the goods. The goods must be returned to us unopened with the tamper seals still and packaging still intact, unused and in a re-sellable condition. Please note that if your delivery gets lost in the post and is not received by us, we will be unable to issue a refund - therefore it is best to return goods by recorded delivery and retain the recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage, so that you are able to track the delivery.Damaged or defective goods.If the goods you receive are damaged or defective, please notify us or the vendor by using the Support Ticket feature, just log into your account, go to support tickets open a new ticket giving information about the defects, you can also attach images if need be.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

CANCELLATIONSYou can cancel your order at any time within 7 working days of us or the vendor receiving your order, by opening ticket with the appropriate vendor.  If the goods have already been dispatched, you must return it to us or the vendor in secure packaging at your own cost. The vendor will advise you of the returns process when you contact them. Please note that if your delivery gets lost in the post and is not received by the vendor, we will be unable to issue a refund - therefore it is best to return goods by recorded delivery and retain the recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage, so that you are able to track your delivery.  A refund of the original amount (minus the original delivery cost) will be made once it has been determined that the returned goods are unopened with tamper seals still intact, unused and in a re-sellable condition.CANCELLATIONS BY US OR VENDORWhilst its very rare (in fact we haven't had to yet) we and our vendors reserve the right to cancel your order if there is insufficient stock to fulfil your order, if we do not deliver to your area or if an incorrect price was listed in error. Any cancellation will be notified by email and any payment made will be credited back as soon as possible.
